TRAINING AND BELONGING
We are aware that vocation is a free and supernatural gift, and therefore it requires deepening and preparation for which we are available, with openness and an attitude of profit. Our training process includes the following stages:
A) PROMOTION STAGE
It consists of knowing how to motivate and summon other laity with the witness of life so that together we seek all the human, material and spiritual resources that stimulate the development of capacities in the process of internalization of people and communities.
B) SENSITIZATION STAGE
It consists in beginning to make people sensitive to discovering human and Christian values, as well as false values that destroy personal and community harmony, seeking in the light of faith and the Word of God the adequate means to transform them.
C) STAGE OF DISCERNMENT
It consists of discovering, through a process, the Plan of God on one's life, the plan that he wants to develop with human beings in this world, and in what way he wants us to collaborate with him, as Lay Missionaries, grateful and responsible in the work of salvation.
D) COMMITMENT AND ACCESSION
The free and voluntary choice that the MLSCGpe makes to associate ourselves with the Congregation of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Saint Mary of Guadalupe, participating in the charism of the Institute, is called this commitment through formal commitment , that we do before the ecclesial community, to carry the proclamation of the Kingdom of God with the witness of life and participating in apostolic activities for the benefit of the neediest brothers. To make this commitment, which gives us membership and adherence to the MLSCGpe Community, it takes 3 years of preparation.
E) PERMANENT TRAINING AND UPDATING
Ongoing formation refers to a constant process of conversion in search of the will of God, which lasts a lifetime; It also consists in continuing to prepare ourselves in the areas that each of us needs to better serve the Church and its community.
F) APOSTOLIC COMMITMENT
As Lay Missionaries we do not have our own works or specific apostolic activities, therefore, we choose to participate in the Parish to which we belong and in the works of the MSCGpe, freely and voluntarily. This means that every apostolic activity that we carry out we put at the service of the mission of the Church in union and collaboration with the MSCGpe. With this freedom of apostolic service, the MLSCGpe., We work to establish the Reign of the Heart of Jesus through various apostolates, among others:
1. Evangelizing children, youth, indigenous people, the elderly and all those who are materially and spiritually needy.
2. Announced the Gospel in places of Mission.
3. Educating in faith in popular schools and settings.
4. Promoting vocations to different stages of life.
