Our Origin

Reina Divine Heart of Jesus!

The desire to make reign the love of Christ vibrated in the heart of the Servant of God, Mary Beloved of the Child Jesus, founder of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart and of St. Mary of Guadalupe, who dreamed of a legion of apostles who went around the world like a burning torch, proclaiming the merciful love of the Father, making present his Kingdom of Justice, Love and Peace.

Thus, at the end of the second millennium and in the threshold of the third, in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas in 1991, a group of high school female students of the then called "School of Girls", today called "Fray Víctor María Flores", promoted by the missionary spirit and invited by religious sisters with the desire to fulfill the dream of our founding mother to bring the Gospel to our indigenous brothers, they were presented and accompanied to participate in the missions of Holy Week in communities of Tenaja, Oxchuc And Huxtlán where the Missionary Brothers of the Sacred Heart work.

The love for the mission with the indigenous brothers was growing in these girls and they were given to the task of integrating a group of young men who like them felt the desire to be sent by Jesus to spread the Kingdom of God.

In the celebration of the 9th General Chapter of the MSCGpe, held in Mexico City in 1993, Sister Juana Inés Loredo González, who accompanied and encouraged the young people's aspirations in the beginning to the Chapter´s Assembly for belonging to the MSCGpe family, as committed lay Christians in order to share and radiate their spirituality and charisma.

The petition was heard by the Chapter´s Assembly, and was officially approved by the Congregation.
